Cutethulhu

The story of two girls who find a plush Cthulhu, and make him suffer all manner of indignities. The animation (oddly anime) is really well done, and the ending is great.

Ryleh

If you haven't seen this yet, it's a great 3D short film called Ryleh made in 2003. It's subtle, vicious, exquisite, and cruel. Very Lovecraftian.
